Description

The Poly DECT Headset Savi 8240-M UC Convertible USB-C is designed for professional users who value reliable availability and a high level of wearing comfort. Especially in teams with many customer calls or hybrid working models, every minute counts: fast call answering, a secure connection and a headset that adapts to your working style.

Thanks to DECT technology, the headset is particularly suitable for environments where a stable, dedicated wireless connection is required. Whether you move between your desk, printer and meeting room, or take notes at the whiteboard during a call – you remain flexible without interrupting the conversation. The result: more focus, fewer interruptions and a professional impression externally.

Use & tips

  • Choose the wearing style that suits your daily usage time and adjust the fit for maximum comfort.
  • Position the base/connection point so that wireless conditions in your working area are as unobstructed as possible.
  • Use the headset consistently for calls and online meetings to ensure uniform audio quality.
  • Allow time for brief routine checks (fit, positioning) before starting longer meetings.

Notes

Clean the headset regularly with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid aggressive cleaning agents. Before use, check compatibility with your UC software and the USB-C ports on your system; if required, we will be happy to help you select the right environment.
